2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our plans. If you are not satisfied with your headshots, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of your original purchase date
  • The quality of the generated headshots does not meet reasonable expectations
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from receiving your headshots
  • You uploaded appropriate, high-quality photos as instructed

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase date
  • You uploaded low-quality, blurry, or inappropriate photos that do not meet our guidelines
  • You violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use policy
  • You have already received a refund for a previous purchase (multiple refund requests may be denied)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and email address
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. For example, if you're satisfied with some but not all of your generated headshots, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services.

8. Cancellations Before Processing

If you wish to cancel your order before we begin processing your photos, please contact us immediately. We can typically cancel and fully refund your order if the AI training has not yet started.

9. Customer Support

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact our customer support team. We're often able to resolve issues by:

  • Regenerating your headshots with different settings
  • Providing guidance on photo upload quality
  • Offering additional headshots at no extra cost

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect refund requests already in progress.
